Lukewarm reception for Microsoft’s Copilot Pro amid performance, cost grumbles

Copilot Pro promises a lot – but does it deliver? Not so fast, writes The Register:

Just over a week after Microsoft unveiled Copilot Pro and rolled the service out to more customers, users are complaining about performance, and the platform is being met with a shrug by administrators.

A glance at social media shows many are decidedly underwhelmed by the Pro experience as complaints about performance begin to mount up.

I have encountered a fair few problems with PowerPoint and Copilot Pro – so it looks as though Microsoft has work to do.
