OpenAI wants all the datas, including yours, so they’ve made it easy to upload from your Google Drive and OneDrive, directly. Per The Verge:

OpenAI says in a blog post that the integration means ChatGPT can read through Excel, Word, PowerPoint files, and their Google equivalents “more quickly.” So far, the improved data analytics features are only available through GPT-4o, the faster and improved version of GPT-4 which powers the paid version of the chatbot. 

That’s good news – so long as those documents are public, or you don’t mind if they become public.
