The abilities you’ll gain include being able to use Copilot to read and send text messages on your Android device (via the PC, of course), or look up contact information.
You can use Copilot directly within the Settings app’s search function. Stuck looking for a specific option or setting on your PC? Simply type your query into the search bar and click “Ask Copilot in Windows (preview).”
Google says you can make Gemini your gym buddy, sous-chef, coding partner, creative writing guide, or anything you can dream up. Gems feels similar to OpenAI’s GPT Store that lets you make customized ChatGPT chatbots.

The AI assistant seemed to easily pick up on emotions, adapted its tone and style to match the user’s requests, and even incorporated sound effects, laughing, and singing into its responses.
In the coming months Copilot for Microsoft 365, the paid service that adds an AI assistant to Office apps, will be updated with a new auto-complete feature that offers suggestions to improve AI prompts.

There’s a character limit for user entries in Edge, but that looks like it might change thanks to an upcoming ‘Notebook’ option. Windows Latest reports that this feature will expand the character limit for prompts to 18,000 characters.
